Hi! Can we apply 5days VOA? We are from philippines and going to hongkong and shezhen.

Filipino citizens are eligible for 5 days Shenzhen visa only if they were granted a Chinese visa before. In other words, if you have been granted a Chinese visa in the past and you still have the passport and that old (expired) Chinese visa, you should bring it with you and you will be granted a Shenzhen visa. Quite the contrary, if you have never been granted a Chinese visa in the past, you will be refused.0
