Yes, in the case when an Indonesian citizen possesses an old passport with an old Chinese visa, regardless if it was issued in 2018, she/he becomes eligible for 5 days Shenzhen visa. So, you should bring your old passport and you will be granted a Shenzhen visa.
Also, you can obtain a Shenzhen visa upon arrival at Shenzhen airport, but here a word of warning... I am not 100% certain that Indonesian authorities will allow you boarding a plane to Shenzhen because they may not be quite familiar with the Shenzhen visa rules. If they allow you to board the plane, Shenzhen visa office will issue a Shenzhen visa, but if they do not allow you to board the plane, it would be fair to at least to call their colleagues in Shenzhen with the question, but they should also tell them about the fact that you have been granted a Chinese visa in the past.
To conclude, here I am a bit cautious about what will happen in Jakarta because you never know how will they reack when you appear in front of them without a Chinese visa and claiming that you will obtain one on arrival... This is something you should decide...
