About:Visa on Arrival

VOA

Indonesian passport holder but the old visa was issued under the old passport. I still holding the picture of the old visa.. can i apply VOA?

Jack, you could use the fact that you have been issued a Chinese visa before, but you will have to present the old passport. Just a picture of the old visa is not enough.
