24-Hour Visa-Free Eligibility as Malaysian

Hi, if me and my family (Malaysians) go for a half-day trip to Shenzhen from Hong Kong, are we eligible for 24-Hour Visa-Free Transit?

No, unfortunately, this is not possible since this is not a transit.

You, as Malaysian citizens can get 5 days Shenzhen VOA at the border crossing if you have old (regardless if expired) Chinese visa in your passport.
