About:China Visa on Arrival

Visa to shenzhen from Hong kong

I have a US passport with a ten years China visa. However I was told it is suspending due to covid. Can I apply a 5 days shenzhen visa from Luohu at Hong Kong’s border? Is there any other visa to apply during the covid?

The VOA is only for those in emergencies. There is a China visa application service center in HK, where you can apply for a regular visa. Currently, only work/student/business/family reunion visas are available.
