Travel confirmation

Hello,
I am a French citizen and I'm planning the following business trip. Can you please confirm if it can be done with a 72 or 144h visa-free transit?
- Coming from Singapour to Shanghai Thursday 16th of March
- Going in Wuhan for 1 day the Friday morning 17th of March and coming back to Shanghai Friday evening/Saturday morning
- Leaving China from Shanghai to Paris the Monday evening 20th of March

Otherwise, going directly in Wuhan (but there is no direct flight from Singapour) and leaving China from Wuhan to Paris (also no direct flight, flights have a stop either in Shanghai or in Beijing) is possible?

And very last option, I understand that just staying in Shanghai from Thursday 16th to Monday 20th is OK, right?
