About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

China return permit card

We live in Canada and our 10 year China return permit card expired already. How to apply for renewal.
(1) Can this be done in Toronto or only in HK?
(2) Can you send link for the renewal application form in English
(3) the link for the form and the appointment link for HK branch

Hi, it's advised to consult the China Consulate in Toronto. Their new email address (turn active since the coming Feb.6) is: toronto_visa@csm.mfa.gov.cn.
