About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

I was once detained for 5 days for illegal teaching as a student

I was once detained for 5 days for illegal teaching as a student, they released me and I continued my life as normal, I’m now trying to apply for a work visa in another city, am I safe ? Has anyone ever been in this situation

I think you may encounter some problems because of the detention history.

Excuse me, I would like to ask how is the detention Here in China? I have overstayed for 3 days now and the immigration officer said that he will put me on detention if I don t leave Chine but because of the pandemic, there is no flight for my country so I don't know
