visa

Hi, Near two years ago. I visited China because I had a valid Taiwanese/Chinese resident permit therefor, I need no visa. Unfortunately, that permit it has expired in March 2020. My question to you is. Can I get my Taiwanese/Chinese resident permit renewal at any of your airports when I landed? or I must go back to Taiwan to apply in person and pay to get a renewal from a local travel agency there? Which I got my expired permit from in Taiwan. Thanks. Your prompt reply will be highly appreciated.
