What should be done before entering China

I heard that Chinese R visa holders must fill in the time of their arrival in China in a web system before entering China. Where should I fill in this information or do I need to do that in the first place?

I haven't heard about this before. But at the very first place when your employee apply for the Foreigners Work Permit or Invitation Letter for you, they need to fill in your time of arrival and the website is fuwu.most.gov.cn/
