About:China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Hello,
I'm about to divorce with my Chinese wife, but we have a daughter age 1yrs 4 months. My question here is do I still have right to stay in China because my daughter is living in China.

If your daughter is living with you, you may get the Q visa and have the right to stay in China.
