Health code application eligibility

To whom it may concern:

I am a British national living and teaching in Xiamen, Fujian, PRC. Over the summer, we (my son and I) hope to visit my daughter who is studying at the university of Amsterdam. We have residence permits for China; my son is 17, a student and my dependent. I have recently been vaccinated with Sinovac, but my son is too young to receive the vaccination under the current regulations.

As British nationals living in China, are we eligible to apply for the health code from the Netherlands? Assuming we tested negative for Covid-19, would we be granted health codes to return from Amsterdam to Xiamen?

Barbara, in principle, you need to receive the vaccination in order to get the health code.

I have the vaccination Sinopharm. So, can I take a direct flight from Amsterdam to China or must I fly from UK?
