About:Requirements for China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Permanent Residence eligibility

hi, I have been married to and living with my Chinese born spouse since 2015, in China. I rent an apartment here and do not own an apartment. Am I eligible for a residence permit card? If so, how many years is the residence permit valid for?

If you don't own an apartment, you have to prove that you have a decent income so as to get the permanent residence. In my opinion, you can try to apply for the permanent residence permit.
