Arrival special services of Beijing Capital Airport

Hi, my wife has to travel from Pakistan to China with two kids; my son is 2.5 years old and daughter is 1.3 years old. So we are looking for some services for their handling. How to book/order?

As I know, you need to dial the service call and ask for help. The number is 010-96158. In addition, you can ask help for the airport staff when you arriving there.
