About:Marriage Registration in China

Inquiry Procedure Marriage for Malaysian and Chinese, China

I would like to inquire about the full Marriage procedure for a Malaysian (Male) married with Chinese, China (Female)
Aware of the pandemic, kindly advise is there any possible way to perfect the marriage in Malaysia and China without traveling due to the pandemic. The couple will stay in Malaysia after the marriage.

Emily, actually yoiu can register your marriage in Malaysia in accordance with the local law and then have your marriage certificate authenticated by the Chinese embassy in Malaysia. You don't need to register your marriage in China.
