About:Chinese Consulate in San Francisco

I need to have a Chinese death certificate translated

My Dad passed away in China. His hospital issued death certificate has been notarized in China. To use in US, I was told that it has to be in English and stamped by Chinese Embassy here. Can I get that done in SF?
