Need PU letter?

Do you need a PU letter to make a working visa?
How do you make an appointment online?
The schedule doesn't open.
Is it possible to get a working visa with the notification of work permit?

Harold, at the moment, a PU letter is required to make a working visa. You can make an appointment for visa application on the website of the CVASC. I think you need to provide a work permit, rather than the notification of work permit, to get a working visa.
