Re entering from Canada with a valid residence permit

I am a Canadian resident and live in Shanghai with a valid residence permit (Issued in 2019) and am trying to enter China soon. Do I need a PU or invitation letter and/or a new Visa to be allowed entry?

Andrew, if you work in China, you will need a PU invitation letter and renew your visa at the visa center in Canada.
