About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

I am a foreigner trying to get back into China where I have Chinese wife, due to the teavl ban, am still in Africa I can't go back to China An my permit valid untill August 16th. What if my Resident permit expire I'm still in Africa, what should I do to go back to China.

If your residence permit expires, you need to apply for a new visa in order to go back to China.
