visa from China to HK

I am Pakistan national and I also have Italian family documents (Permesso Di Soggiorno). I was studying Ph.D. in china. I have a Chinese visa. Due to the epidemic, all flights close from China to Italy.
Can I travel from china to Hongkong on this visa and (Permesso Di Soggiorno) Italian residence, and then travel from HK to Italy? Or we need a visa from China to HK.
