Due to the epidemic, all flights close from China to Italy. Can I travel from china to Hongkong on this visa and (Permesso Di Soggiorno) Italian residence, and then travel from HK to Italy? Or we need a visa from China to HK.

You can transfer flight in HK, but you need to get an HK transit visa in advance.
