Visa applications during border closures

Hi. Do you have any details of who to apply to for a visa for China from Japan right now? I've tried the embassy and visa center but no email addresses are working.

I'm a British citizen and resident of China with a very good reason to return to China.

Dear, do you have a diplomatic or official passport? If not, I'm afraid you can't get a visa for China and neither can you enter Chiona even if you have a very good reason to return there.
