Intl. to intl. self-transfer at Beijing Capital Airport

Hi, I want to buy a flight for June with connecting flight at PEK. The flight is from Taipei(TPE) with Hainan Airlines to PEK and from PEK to Warsaw(WAW) with LOT, but there is a self-transfer at PEK. I'm not sure if it is possible to make the self-transfer to the connecting flight at PEK under current circumstances.

I would like to ask if it is possible for foreigners to do the self-transfer at the Beijing Capital airport under current circumstances?
