intl. to intl. self-transfer at beijing capital airport

Question

Hi, I want to buy a flight for June with connecting flight at PEK. The flight is from Taipei(TPE) with Hainan Airlines to PEK and from PEK to Warsaw(WAW) with LOT, but there is a self-transfer at PEK. I'm not sure if it is possible to make the self-transfer to the connecting flight at PEK under current circumstances.I would like to ask if it is possible for foreigners to do the self-transfer at the Beijing Capital airport under current circumstances?

As I know, you can finish the transfer procedures at the capital airport. But you need to pass through the inspection and quarantine. Besides, there are airport staff that will guide you during the transfer.
