Flight to Xiamen

Hello,

I have a business trip coming up next week from Xi'an to Xiamen and Quanzhou. I would like to know if there are any restrictions on foreign arrivals at Xiamen and Quanzhou airports. I have a green health code for Xi'an city and have not left the country during the epidemic. Would I be asked to quarantine upon arrival? Please help.
