About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit
Delayed flight
Hello,
I plan to fly from Busan (South Korea) to Shanghai, then to Hanoi (Vietnam).
The first flight lands at 22:50 on day 1.
The second flight departs at 23:10 on day 2.
In case the second flight is delayed later, can I still apply for a 24-hour visa?
