Tourist Visa For Guangzhou and Beijing

Hello,
I am a citizen of Pakistan and resident of Dubai I just want to ask can I apply tourist visa type L from Pakistan? or should I have to apply from dubai only? and what exact documents should I have to prepare along with visa application form?
second question as I said above I am resident of dubai can I apply visa type M for business trade fair from Pakistan as well?
your quick response will be highly appreciated thanks

Hareem, if you apply for tourist visa, you had better apply from Dubai. If you apply for business visa, you can either apply from Pakistan or Dubai.

To apply for a tourist visa, you need to prepare your passport, application form, photo, residence permit of Dubai, and round-trip flight tickets and hotel bookings.
