struck in india due to travel restrictions

iam having chinese residence visa valid upto 2nd of april 2020 and i could not get back to china due to fligts and airports are not functioning due to virus situation.will chinese immigration allow me to enter after that date inside so that i can get renewed my visa from the local govt.
