Stuck half way through the authentication process

Hi, my visa agency was busy getting my documents authenticated and then the lockdown happened. I am waiting on 2 documents from the consulate in order to send over to China so I can get the work permit and the invitation letter. The consulate has been closed though and they have given no indication of when they may open. I have until the end of October to get over there or I may lose my job offer. Does anyone know when they may open?
