About:Dual Nationality

Us and China passports

As I stated before I’m American and my wife is Chinese with a Chinese passport and she holds a American green card , I have a USA passport with a China 🇨🇳 visa , can she apply for a American passport?? And no loose her Chinese passport at China customs?? Will this be a problem for her ??

Well, as I know, she cannot apply for a American passport unless she give up Chinese nationality.

No, she will lose her Chinese citizenship immediately
