have not receive my package

Question

My tracking # UT889734497CN last update is on the Monday 20th. I have concerns. Is this China virus that I found out, effecting my package to be delayed in in Los Angeles? Why is there two different Chinese writings? Will the tracking number change to U S postal carrier? Thank you for your help.
