About:China Postal Service

Have not receive my package

My tracking # UT889734497CN last update is on the Monday 20th. I have concerns. Is this China virus that I found out, effecting my package to be delayed in in Los Angeles? Why is there two different Chinese writings? Will the tracking number change to U S postal carrier? Thank you for your help.

I checked the logistic information and I found the same thing with you. Generally speaking, the virus doesn't influence the logistic. In order to be sure, you are suggested to consult the USA post office as soon as possible. Hope helpful!
