About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Visa for Shanghai, Beijing, Dalian.

On a cruise commencing in Hong Kong. Visiting above ports for max 72 hours. Returning each night to the ship. Hope to take a tour in each port. Do I require a visa ?these tours will probably be organised by the cruise company.

If you book a tour for Shanghai in advance through a travel agency and Shanghai is your first port of entry in China and you will leave China with the same cruise, you don't need a visa.
