About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Route from AMS - MUC - PVG - ZRH - AMS eligible?

Hi!

I want to go to Shanghai for 5 days and because of the 144-hours transit visa, I was wondering if my flight route is eligible for this visa. I will start from Amsterdam, having a layover of 2 hours in München (Germany) en then go to Shanghai. On the return flight I will be flying from Shanghai to Zürich (Switzerland), with a layover of 2 hours, and then flight back to Amsterdam. Since it isn't a direct flight from Shanghai to Amsterdam, can I still get a 144-hours transit visa? I am worried about this because on my flight summary it says Shanghai to Amsterdam with a layover in Switzerland.

It’s not a visa. It’s a transit without visa. The proposed route clearly qualifies.

So it doesn't mind that my FINAL destination is Amsterdam?

Only the flights immediately before and immediately after China are of interest to Chinese immigration.
