About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Would that route be eligible: AMS-ZRH-PEK-FRA-AMS

I'm a German citizen and fly from Amsterdam via Zurich to Beijing (stay about 48h) and return via Frankfurt to Amsterdam. Can I use the transit visa in this case?
