visiting Yiwu on 144h visa exemption

Hello,

Just to confirm is it ok to go to YIWU for 4 days on visa exemption since it is in Zhejiang province? Arriving to Pudong from Manilla, flying out to Europe also from Pudong. Additionally how is arrival time determined? My official flight arrival time is 0:05 past midnight, but looking at recent arrivals it seems that flights sometimes arrive early before midnight, interesting to know how 144 hour period is calculated in this case.

Thank you for your help.

Its based on the schedule arrival and not actual arrival. If scheduled arrival is 00:05 May 13, your scheduled departure must be by 23:59 May 19. If you are worried just go super slow getting off the plane, go fill out blue form slowly, go to to toilet etc
