Yes, you can do that, but you should be aware that you will have to produce the ticket even before you depart toward China or in other words, you will have to have that bus ticket in your hand at the check-in counter in the city/country from where you will depart toward Chinese Guangdong province. Also, you will have to present that same ticket to Chinese immigration upon your arrival in Guangdong province. One very important additional information. This ticket has to have exact date and hour of departure from Zhuhai airport to Macau and this has to be a real through service.

One more thing. If you are, by chance a Spanish citizen (based on your name), you do not have to bother about any formality because Spanish citizens can enter China and explore it absolutely visa free for up to 15 days.

I advise you to use correct terminology as you have done it in the title of your post because there is no and visa, but this is 144 hour visa free transit.

Thank you very much for the info. I will buy the ticket online, it should suffice to show the print and the Online record of purchase?
Because Hengqin Border, HZMB and Gongbei are listed as exit borders are there any other ways to exit throught these other than a Bus?

Exactly, since you can produce a ticket online in advance for that particular bus route, you can use it for your exit from Guangdong province to Macau and in this way successfully complete 144 hour visa free transit in an eligible way. Your printout of the ticket accompanied with an online record will definitely suffice.

As far as your second part of the question is concerned, the answer is, yes, we usually suggest to those traveling from Guangdong province to Macau (under 144 hours TWOV) to use Shekou port in Shenzhen and from there to take a direct ferry to Macau by obtaining a ticket through TurboJet website.

In any case, it is essential to have a pre-booked ticket on a transport option that has a through service from Guangdong province to Macau. The option you have found is fine and the ferry is fine as well. Since recently many have started to use a high speed train from Guangzhou to Hong Kong (West Kowloon station) and from Hong Kong by ferry or HZMB to Macau. In any case, you are good to go.

One more question, when i book the bus, they give me a QR Code with seat number and departure and arrival names. It is clear it is a cross border bus. But there is no bus number in the ticket, In the arrival card I need to write Departing train/flightvessel number. I can find a route number when I book with the number ZJNX1600+2366+2484. Is this ok, even though this information is not in the ticket.

Manuel, it is important that your ticket presents the time of departure. This detail will replace the bus number. In reality, buses usually do not have numbers at all. It is departure time that matters. Hopefully you have one on your ticket because without a time of departure (time and date), the ticket would be useless.

Thanks, The QR code it has indeed: time and date of departure, name, seat number and partial passport number, departure station and arrival station. In this case I think it should suffice.
One more question, if I, for some unexpected reason miss the bus and need to catch the next one what would happen?

That would be a problem and a you would be considered to breach the rules of 144 hour visa free transit. This could result in imposing a fine or more probably in instituting the ban on your future entries in China for a defined period of time. In any case you would be allowed to exit by a later bus, if this was your main question, but with the consequences I have written. It is not without a reason that you can choose what will you use for 144 hour visa free transit, but also you are expected to respect that. This is all created to facilitate the travel and to increase the number of visits to China, but in orderly manner and to avoid many possible manipulations in this regard.
