My question
Hello.
Due to various, conflicting information on the Internet, I kindly ask you for an official opinion on the following issue.
We are citizens of Ukraine, and arrive on a direct flight from Russia (without intermediate stops) to Shanghai (Shanghai Pudong Airport) on 02/11/2020.
From 02/11/2020 to 02/15/2020 we will be staying at a hotel in Shanghai. On 02.15.2020 we will leave China from Shanghai Cruise Ports-Wusongkou Terminal on the MSC SPLENDIDA cruise ship. Next stop of a cruise ship will be in Japan.
My question: After arriving by direct flight from Russia to Shanghai Pudong Airport, is it possible to leave China from Shanghai Cruise Ports-Wusongkou Terminal using a visa-free regime for 144 hours?
