Overstay in China

Over staying in China.
Hello, I’m overstaying here in China for 3 years and Five months now. I’m a Nigerian citizen, I was a student and two months before I graduate from school I lost my dad and he is the one paying my school fees and when I graduate I couldn’t go home because I don’t have any money and I need to support my family back at home, after I graduate from the univeristy, I went to another city and get six months visa and after it expired I Just risk to overstay my visa. Because people from my country use to send me money to buy goods for them in China and I use taobao to buy the goods that’s how I make a living to support myself and my family back at home. Now am looking for a way to clear my overstay. So I need your advice what should I do. Thank you in advance.

Well, there isn't a way to "clear" your overstay. Once you surrender yourself you will be forfeiting your future chance to ever step foot on Chinese soil again (as they will most likely never grant you a visa given your record and nationality even after your exclusion period has ended). On the other hand the penalties may be even more severe if they find you.
