House registration in guangzhou with overstay

Hello guys, i am in a complicated situation. I am on an expired visa in guangzhou. I went to immigration officers ask me for house registration which i dont have. Anyone faced similar situation in guangzhou? Thats what is missing for me to pay the fine and get an exit.

As I know, you need to go to the local PSB to get the registration 境外人员住宿登记 in Chinese. You may also do it through the WeChat nimi program 广州公安. If you stay in a hotel, the hotel can help you with it. You passport, copy of ID no. of the house owner and property ownership certificate of the house you stayed are needed.
