Am I an Incumbent Government Official or Company Empoyee or Other?

I am Canadian and work with the federal government as a public servant, I am not high level by any means. I am not sure that the title of Incumbent Government Official would apply to me and don't want to misinform on the VISA. Could you tell me what they are looking for here?

I think you should select Other and specify that you are a government employee.
