About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hello there, i am coming guangzhou china, My layover is around 22.30 hours.

Hello,
I am from Pakistan, living in Japan. I have layover at Guangzhou about 22.30 hours. I may enter in the city of Guangzhou, with 24 hours transit visa. or i will be restricted at Air port. Please guide me.

The first and the most important detail is that your itinerary is eligible if the immediate points before and after mainland China are in two different countries. Having such a long layover is fine and acceptable. If you want to exit the airport this is never guranteed because this is not an inherent passenger right. In any case, your chance to be allowed to exit the airport are very good based on your very long layover. So, when you land in Guangzhou, before the immigration, you will approach 24/144 hour visa free transit counter where you will apply for a temporary entry Permit by presenting your flight tickets and your hotel booking confirmation. After a short check you will receive a temporary entry permit and after that you will head to the immigration and finally to the city to have your time on your own.
