I'm a Dragon (2000) and I'm a type 1 diabetic.

I recently got a job for the first time (at Bill Miller's) and I love it but the problem is, my health has severely declined. My blood glucose has been through the roof and I can no longer get it under control and I'm dehydrated every single day. To top it off, my managers don't care and won't even let me wear my medical bracelet. Should I quit and get a calmer job? Thank you in advance
