About:Shenzhen Travel

Hi, I am flying from London to Phnom penh with a stopover in Shenzhen and similar on the way back.

I booked via the Shenzhen airlines website but now need to change my dates. After a lot of phone calls I ended up at Shenzhen airlines official call centre in China. I was able to change my dates for a fee, however I could not pay the fee because I did not have a Chinese credit/debit card.
Very strange that they could sell me the ticket via a UK card in the first place. I cannot find a single representative of the airline in the UK, they direct you to Air China who then know nothing about Shenzhen airlines.
Anyone got any ideas?

Well, according to the situation, I am afraid that you still need to contact the airline. As I know, the contact number of Shenzhen airlines is 95361. You can try to dial. Hope helpful!

Thank you, I have spoken to them directly to their call center, the problem being is that they will only take Chinese credit cards not British or any other countries cards.
