Thank you for your precise reply. Next, I understood that I have to present the confirmed 3rd country air ticket and seat upon arrival in GZ. How do I obtain the physical 3rd country air ticket prior to my 1st flight(SG to GZ)? Because usually physical ticket can only be obtained 2hrs before flight time during check in, which is when I am leaving GZ for Cambodia. Or presenting the usual flight booking confirmation itinerary that shows all my flight booking can be accepted?

You do not need to present any kind of seat (this is an expired requirement that is no longer required) or a boarding pass or anything similar. Your ticket booking confirmation is all you need.
