About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Amsterdam - Taipei - Shanghai - Amsterdam

Hi! How about this route? Amsterdam - Taipei - Shanghai - Amsterdam for a Dutch citizen? Is this possible with a transit visa? Thank you.

If those are the only stops then you don't need a visa because 144 hours transit without visa applies.
