family visa for ukrainian, who lives in morocco

Hello!Here is the deal, my husband is Moroccan and has a work permit for a year to stay and work in China. I am Ukrainian but live in Morocco, which documents do I need to fill to come and stay with him? I do not want to visit him, my plan is to stay there as long as needed. I already have our marriage certificate translated and legalized by Chinese embassy btw. Our Chinese embassy is not very helpful here, so I have none to ask. Thank you in advance.
