About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

Does 24hrs visa free allow us to pass immigration?

Hello, I am Cambodian. I have 2 separate flights (PNH-PEK and PEK-SVO) which require me to collect my luggage from the first flight first before check-in again for the 2nd flight. In this case, am I still eligible for 24 hours visa free? or I need to apply for temporary visa in order to collect my luggage?

If your entire transit time in China is less than 24 hours, you will be eligible for 24 hour visa free transit regardless of the fact that you will travel on two separate tickets and on two unrelated airlines. Also, you don't need a visa of any kind.

You will print out your flight tickets and have those printouts with you. Also, you will declare at check-in in Phnom Penh that you will travel to Moscow via Beijing using 24 hour visa free transit. After a short inspection of your tickets, you will be allowed to board the plane.

Upon your landing in Beijing, you will apply for a temporary entry permit at 24 hour visa free transit counter that will be definitely granted to you and after that you will collect your luggage and recheck for your flight to Moscow. Please, have in ind that your visa for Moscow will be checked by Chinese immigration.
