About:Visa on Arrival

144 hour visa free Shenzhen airport

I will arrive in Bao'an airport at 5am.
Will the office, for obtain 144 hour visa free, be open?
In the website it's written that the office is open from 10am till the last flight.

It will be open. The website is simply not updated. You will not wait until 10:00, but the office will open to accommodate passengers from your flight. Don't worry.

Steve, I just hope that you are really flying on 144 hour visa free transit because recently there were passengers denied boarding because they thought they can obtain a 5 day Shenzhen VOA at the airport and that is not possible.
