Hi I am a Philippine passport holder and I will be traveling from CJU to Manila with a connecting flight in Guangzhou. Date of arrival in Guangzhou is Dec 19 at 10:05 am and will depart to manila from Guangzhou  Dec 20 at 3:20 am. Its a 17 hr stop over. I have two separate ticket with a different airline for each flight. Am I eligible for the 24 hr TWOV? Will I be able to leave the airport for sightseeing? And will there be a problem with the date of arrival and departure cause its like 1 calendar day difference.
