JaKi, do I properly understand that your flight itineraries are:
Copenhagen - Beijing - Kuala Lumpur
Kuala Lumpur - Beijing - Copenhagen
If I'm right, you are eligible for 144 hour visa free transit both ways. Anyway, again if I properly understand you, you have mentioned that you will have 24 hours of layover in Beijing for your flight back from Kuala Lumpur to Copenhagen, right? You have to be very precise with these times because if you have a minute less than 24 hours, you will be eligible for 24 hour visa free transit and if you have just a minute more than 24 hours, you will be eligible for 144 hour visa free transit.
Also, you are perfectly allowed to use both airports in Beijing for your itinerary, being it on 24 or 144 hour visa free transit. You will just have to be very careful to allow enough time for a transfer from PKX to PEK because, at least at the time being, there is no any kind of public transport organized that connects two Beijing airports in direct way.
