About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am flying from tokyo to shanghai

I stay in shanghai 48hour and then I go to Manilla. The flight back to tokyo is the same (NRT-PVG-MNL and MNL-PVG-NRT). Will I be Qualified for The 144 hour free transit visa to both connections in Shanghai?
