About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

US - Shanghai (4 days) - Tokyo. Then, Tokyo - Shanghai (2 days) - US?

Is there a mandatory period between issuance of 144-hour visas? Meaning, if I secure one for US - China - Japan travel, can I secure another one a few days later for Japan - China - US travel?

It is not a "144-hour visa". It is a transit without a visa. There is no minimum required time to stay in the third country, and no minimum period between transits. I don't know why so many people ask these questions.

Saul, perhaps because there are gaps in the provided information and one doesn’t not want to find out they misunderstood something when they are in China and without the appropriate documents.
